Not sure if this is true, but have heard that the site on Chepore has been sold, after obtaining planning permission for a travellers site. Supposed to change hands next weekend. Has anyone else heard this. Surely our councillors must know something!
It has been bought to my attention that there have been changes at the Travellers Site in Chepore Lane. My quick site visit and discussion with the local resident suggests that there are no additonal buildings - only the removal of a unit.
This site applied for planning permission in 2011 for " Change of use of agricultural land to single family residentail travellers site including the stationing of one static caravan, one mobile home for a temperorary period of 3 years "and was passed with conditions on the 15th July 2011.
The planning application numbered 2011/0519 can be viewed with conditions on South Norfolk Council's Planning system.
