Morley Village Hall has emailed the following. Webstatation:

Come and have a great evening's entertainment on 1st December (6:45pm to 11:00pm) at Morley Village Hall and have a chance of winning a cash prize as well - or even a bottle of wine.  This is a family friendly evening where you can buy a horse, sponsor a race or bet on the evening. This is a Charity event run by The Thurton Players to support The Morley Village Hall.

To buy a horse or sponsor a race please phone Jan on 07783 153408 or to enjoy an evening's fun just turn up on the night. There will be a bar and food on sales on the evening.

You may have seen an earlier email about a Morley Village Hall event on Saturday evening.

Horses are £5 each or you can simply place a bet any horse in any race during the evening.

We have held a few horses back for those people who turn up on the night.  This should be a very entertaining evening.
