My 2 year old ginger and white tabby neutered male cat has gone missing on Thursday 1st August from Wattlefield.   His name is Tango and is much loved and missed.  This is my 3rd cat that has gone missing in the past 9 months.  If anyone has any information or possibly seen him, please can you make contact tel 01953 788123.

I hope you find your cat soon. It does seem suspicious that you have lost 3 of your pet cats in the last 9 months in a quiet location. Have you reported this to the police?

Sorry to hear this Louise, I also hope you find him soon.  Is he microchipped?

I definitely agree that you should let the police know.

Thank you for your kind thoughts - yes Tango is microchipped.  There is little interest with regards to the Police as there is no evidence of theft or cruelty.  I have also 2 kittens of approx. 20 weeks old and they are going to be house cats, which I am uncomfortable with, but if my 3 other beautiful boys have fallen prey to foxes, which I must admit is my main thought as there are numerous about, I want to prevent them meeting the same end.  I still live in hope that Tango has wandered further than normal, as the field close to us was being cut that afternoon, when we last saw him.

I have some great news - Tango returned at about 11am this morning - Wednesday 7th August.  He had been stuck inside a neighbours bathroom all this time.  He is okay a bit dehydrated and hungry, but otherwise well and very vocal.  Cant understand how the householder wasn't aware and apparently there was quite an odour coming from the closed bathroom according to the person who found him.  So I cant blame a fox attack this time.  Thank you for your kind thoughts

Fantastic news, I'm delighted for you smile.  If only we could cure cats of their endless curiosity it would save us owners alot of worry!
