Having left the village some 30 years ago its great to see a web site dedicated to it. The pictures of Wick hall brought back many memories, when we were teenagers we used to walk up there on the hot summer nights and hang out for a couple of hours. As I remember there used to be an old black austin car parked in the lane completely wrecked but probably worth a few bob now. Is there anyone out there that used to sit with me on the corner opposite the Three Boars of a night time before we were old enough to into the pub and be frowned at by Mr and Mrs Gosling the Landlords?? happy days
