Does the new Mayor know that Spooner Row exists? It's a forgotten about rural village, getting lots of unwanted development where local concerns are ignored!
Surely it is not where you live that matters but what you can achieve for the area that you represent. He does live in the Parish of Wymondham which includes Spooner Row. I detect a bit of sour grapes here about this very able young man winning his seat.
The new Mayor attended the Spooner row Village Hall meetings the other night along with our new District Councillor, where we were promised some money for a new Gazebo. The Mayor also promised to go in the stocks at the fete as well 'open' the bench.
I confess to looking forward to this but cannot critiscise him attending or his agreeing to help fund raise. It was good to see
