whats going on with these tractors going through the village late at night, it feels like an earthquake at our house, the noise they make is crazy towing these trailers.
Talking of smells, there's a constant stench of bonfire around the village from the Cantley Villas housing development, and that's nothing to do with country life!
Noticed the bonfire yesterday at about 1630 on the Cantley villas no 1 site.Totally illegal and will be advising E Health tommorrow. Hopefully others will have reported as well
Apparently, ( a change in the Law) it is okay to burn wood waste and hedge clippings etc , generated from the site alone ( not from elsewhere) and it must not cause a nuisance to those around. So leaving it unattended or adding anything extra such as plastic or rubber is illegal. So if you see dark or balck smoke and if it is causing a nuisance report to Environmental Health and do not take no for an answer
