Does the school development with Enrich Trust include the community playing field? I think it is time to reconsider applying for this open green space to become a village green. The school already benefits by having full use and access to it.
The school want to extend from the current area to the purple and green bench stand thing.
Apparently the front part of the field is not used and OFSTED cited in their inspection that the school needs more space. I can't see this mentioned on in the schools OFSTED report on the website but I may have missed the relevant section.
Sure the school could do with more space but the lack of transparency from the community council is interesting and indicates to that the decision has been already been made but I could be wrong.
So another councillor has left. Why is the Community Council silent on this ? You have Councillor Halls posting almost daily on this website so he will have seen this thread but nothing from him and nothing on their website.
(Dear Anon,
Thank you for your post. I can confirm that Cllr Halls doesn't post daily on this site. All Councilors are welcome to post. The Council's website is the responsibility of its Communications Lead, can I suggest that you make contact with your question there.

The clear policy of the community council on the message board is not to respond to anon posts so if you want an answer please do not post anon, and be advised that open messages and their responses will usually be approved before they happen.
There are obvious exemptions for dangerous or matters regarding Health and Safety requiring immediate attention .
If a matter is raised which could be District related or County I will usually respond to help if I can. Personal e mail contact is also available, but please do not be surprised if I do not respond to posts which are personal , offensive or threatening,...(edited)...
As regard to the questions being posed, may I respectfully suggest you ask those who left why they did so although I totally agree that perhaps new faces are what is needed.

Thank you for your post. The details you are requesting are specifically for one councillor mainly on council business and therefore you should make direct contact with that councillor.
Your queries on the two council meetings which took place in September and questions on the playing field relating to the school should be available on the Community Council's website. The Communications Lead at the Council is responsible for the information on that website where you can contact him about your query on information availability. There is also the option to attend Council meetings which are open to the public with an option to speak.

I noticed that the councils minutes for June state that Enrich is anxious to progress with the proposed use of the playing field and can provide the fenceposts pending agreement from the Secretary of State. What is going on here? The school already has full use of the field, which is more open space than many other schools. Does the Council take its instructions from OFSTED and Enrich?
The playing field is held in Trust for our community by the community council. For transparency when will the minutes for August and September be issued on the website?.
