Good morning

Local NHS and care organisations are working together to develop a five year plan for health and care in Norfolk and Waveney. Our plan will set-out how we will deliver the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan and our local priorities.

We want to know what local people and organisations would like to see in our plan. We’d value the input of local councillors, as well as your constituents. To share your ideas, and to see what other people are saying, visit: https://ingoodhealth.dialogue-app.com/.

Alternatively, people can complete the attached form and send it back to us.

We’d really appreciate any help you can provide with encouraging people to get involved and share their ideas for improving the health and wellbeing of people living locally. I’ve attached:

  • An article you could use for newsletters
  • A flyer
  • A paper form if people don’t want to / can’t take part online

Many thanks

Chris
