I have heard back from a quorum of councillors now and the meeting on the 12th December is cancelled ( election day ) and on account of there being no other date which is likely to suit all, the meeting in December will not be rescheduled and we will meet in January as planned.
If there are any emergencies that arise during that time I will let you all know
