Highways has finally agreed to take a look at the poor state of the footpath on Chapel Road and this week marked out the sections for repair.
In terms of delivery, such works are considered "general repairs" and given a time frame of 6-12 weeks. Notification letters to local residents effected will not be issued, so just be aware.
If anyone on the lower section of Chapel Road needs to move a car out of their drive for access during these works and does not want to risk it parked on the road simply call or text me and you can park it at mine for a few hours.
