Don't know if you're aware but a planning application was denied for a house to be built at the bottom of Suton Street and Suton Lane a while ago.
Subsequently our planning department has now granted the planning application despite it being previously refused.
The entrance to the development is on a blind, raised slope on Suton Lane on a 60mph narrow road near a notorious accident black spot. This dangerous entrance was ignored on the comments by the planning department, suprise suprise.
Now, lo and behold, changes to the original so called "eco-house" planning application are already going in to cut costs obviously and being granted by the planning department.
Have the site owners or planning department absolutely no scruples when a so called eco-house now becomes just another housing development?
Now the House on Primrose Hill sounds more like a horror film the more the weeks progress
