But the clerk posted the agenda and is active on this website so why would she not answer the earlier request?
(Dear Poster,
Just to clarify, the Clerk doesn't directly post agendas on here and I am not sure how often she visits this site. The agendas are forwarded to the Webstation and posted on the message board on behalf of the Community Council. Posting on here helps disseminate the Council's information and this has been the case since the Community Council was formed in 2019.
The Clerk manages the recently set-up SRCC's website.

I don't understand why the webmaster is getting involved on this thread and splitting hairs. ....(edited).....
(Dear Anon,
Please be aware the Webstation does not get involved with contributing a point of view to ongoing threads. See Webstation's reply supplied on 21 June (two posts above).

For a “ community council” who are surposed to be working for our communities there are a lot of things going on in a negative way. Lots of un answered questions, nothing happening regarding spending the 100k pot that is available, a woodland area that has cost lots of money and can’t be used as it’s unsafe ( this has been going on for 4 years ), an increase in our council tax that a percentage goes to the council with nothing to show apart from an over paid clerk! This list goes on. And before anyone says “ you should attend the meetings“ it is not a pleasant experience! It usually ends up with a slanging match between councillors ( there is very really all councillors in attendance anyway )
Another 2 years of this debacle before the elections!
From what I understand there has for a long time been friction between individuals on the community council. Many good councillors have resigned because of one individual which is evident by previous postings on this web site and reports in the local press. I think the clerk does an excellent job in the circumstances and has taken on more responsibilities because of the situation on the council. There had previously been several clerks who had resigned, what were the reasons why?
The increase in community council tax was minimal compared to the larger increases for the district and county councils.
