There was a news article in the EDP. https://www.edp24.co.uk/news/25836742.plans-lodged-new-recycling-centre-norfolk-town/ 

The tip will be located near the top end of Station Road. The entrance wil be on London Road, which has a speed limit of 60mph. What's going to be done about this, as surely 60mph will be too fast?

Was there a public consultation for this? I don't remember one. This will have a big impact on residents with the increase in traffic especially lorries through the centre of the village which gets heavily congested around the school, level crossing and junction opposite the pub.
