For anyone interested, there is a public consultation underway regarding the large scale housing development for the Greater Norwich area (this includes Wymondham and Spooner Row). Most people do not realise that this consultation is going on. There is a hefty booklet and questionnaire which I think most people won't bother with. My main point is that this document is now out of date as the housing climate has changed over the last couple of months and is continuing to do so. No doubt, there will be more repossessions and empty houses, yet the Greater Norwich group - which includes us - still wants to build 2,200 new houses on prime agricultural land.
