There are two polling stations not just one for this by election. The other one will be based at the Wymondham Leisure centre, Norwich Road, Wymondham

To be clear

The Polling station in the Village Hall is for the residents of ward area DT1 which is Spooner row, Suton and Wattlefield

The Polling station for ward area DU1 is the leisure centre and is for the residents of Silfield

You cannot go to one or the other to vote. You must attend the polling station which is the one given on your voting card, which you all should have all received by now.

If you have lost your card this does not matter, as the Presiding Officer will have a list of voters and check you off and allow you to vote, but do not pretend to be someone else or without proper approval, attempt to vote for someone else. An example of this would be assistants for blind voters or those who have been given a Proxy

Wymondham Cromwell Ward By Election was won by Lib Dem, Julian Halls. I have been informed the voting results are as follows:

Julian Halls Lib Dem 244 50.8%

Conservative 182 37.9%

Independent 54 11.3%

Majority 62

Turn-out 23.7%

Thank you for providing this information. It appears to have been a tight contest. Why was the turnout so low and why was there no Labour Candidate on the Ballot paper.
