So get you planning permission on appeal because lack of 5 year housing supply and because you are going to provide 2 affordable houses , only then to ask that this requirement be removed
Profiteering or what ???
Perhaps they won't get built at all, any of them, because they are not making enough money which is what the fancy report in the application basically says........ Oh dear
I am pleased to say that at Wymondham Town Planning committee this evening this application to drop the requirement to provide 2 affordable homes was refused. This recommendation has now been passed onto South Norfolk
Not quite understanding the link or relevance , however the make up / position of the Town Council is 15 councillors, 13 Tory, 1 Labour and 1 Lib Dem. The Planning sub committee consists of 4 Tories and 1 Lib dem ( me) and they report directly to South Norfolk NOT via the full Council but they do of course note the findings/decisions made.
the developers should be made to provide a footpath to join up with the flyover footpath so that people can walk safely to the bus stop in Suton. Having to walk to the next village to get a bus is bad enough, but to walk in the road for some distance with speeding lorries and cars can be a nightmare.
I see one of the new houses at the Cantley Villas development is on sale from only £795,000 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65930318.html
