Good Morning,
I work for the Road Renewals team within Amey’s Consulting and Strategic Infrastructure division in our Birmingham Office and been asked to inform you of an upcoming scheme.
We’re repairing the A11, between Green Bridge and Tuttles Interchange; construction starts 04-04-16 for up to 10 shifts on the northbound carriageway, and then for up to 10 shifts on the southbound carriageway. But this could be less if the repairs are completed.
An email was originally sent on 14-08-15 regarding this scheme, but it never went ahead due to it being so close to Christmas.
These are only night-time works only, so disruption should be minimal, and the diversion routes have traffic in both directions going through Wymondham, with traffic going in one direction at a time, as we’re not going to close the road all at once, only single carriageways at a time.
I can only apologise for the short notice, I have only just been informed myself.
