No point in commenting on this. It's already a shambles. Property design is not in keeping with surrounding houses on the junction with the primary school, exacerbating existing problems.

This development is causing all sorts of holdups and hazards on Station Road, a designated HGV route. it is even worse when the level crossing is down and the traffic is backed up.  I've seen Lorries going up on the pavement to get past plant vehicles operating and manoeuvring on that junction and pedestrians not knowing which way to go to keep out of harm's way.  What a mess.

Planning Inspectorate passed this..... so it is wonderful.

London have not got a clue how the countryside works.
