This matter will be considered at the  next planning meeting for the Town on next tuesday at 1800 at the Town Hall. I have to say however that the Planning inspectorate have already ruled on this and allowed the application. Quite why another application which does not look too different from the last one has been submitted is suggested by the previous post but it would appear to be a moot point as the District are not going to reject this if the PI have already passed it previously !,  although it does have some tweaks to address concerns raised by South Norfolk last time out. There does however seem to be some interesting support material claimed in the application , which to be frank is a just a little disigenious , such as a regular bus service  ( once a week ! ) and on mains drainage?

If you want to attend this meeting please do and you are permitted to speak

Planning sub at Wymondham Town met last night and by majority approved this application. I voted against and have registered a formal objection on the website as a member of the public now the meeting is past

this planning application has been refused as it is considered a cramped form of development.  the original permission is still in place.      https://info.south-norfolk.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=O86OSOOQGE200
