Walking dog down the lane and she dived into the field only to rea ppear just in front of a car well down the lane. Driver stopped okay and for this I profusely apologise and she came to my side as always when called and waited until the car passed.
What was irritating was that the driver stopped and told me that all dogs down the lane need to be on leads and he said he was fed up of the lane being used by dog walkers. I pointed out it was public highway and there was no requiremnet for this. He drove off in a huffÂ
Okay to live down a quiet lane maniatained by the rates but not okay to have it being used by other people apparently
