Consultation end early Sept and is likely to affect Cromwells ward where you are located , given the Silfield road development and the highly likely granting of the Gonville hall development

I see that Cromwell's Ward (Silfield, Spooner Row, Suton & Wattlefield) has the highest forecasted electorate increase from 2037 to 4055 than any of the other wards (an increase of 2018). This forecasted figure seems to be way off - surely it should be higher? There are currently 2200 designated new houses for Silfield (each house with 1 or more adults), plus all the other developments such as the recent 375 dwellings with planning permission for London Road, Suton.
Surely it would be easier to just keep the ward boundaries as they are now and just split Spooner Row/Suton/Wattlefield from Silfield. By supplying just one extra district councillor would be more cost effective than forking out lots of money on all the administrative costs.
