Following the highways works by Norfolk County Council earlier this week, I noticed today that an HGV has caught the asphalt covering an inspection hole outside the drive of 2 Cantley Villas.
The asphalt has been forced out of the hole and pushed up at the sides. Hit this hard and you are likely to be looking at a bill.
I have reported this to highways but please beware.
