Has anyone else heard about the potential Recycle Centre being built in Carleton Rode (pallets)? If we were worried about the amount of lorries going through the village now, it’ll only increase if this goes ahead.

isn't Carleton Rode under the planning procedure of Breckland council and the recycling centres under Norfolk county council? South Norfolk council wouldnt be aware of plans in Carleton Rode.
no one wants more lorries using Spooner Row as a rat-run.
