There are 2 on the next Planning meeting which might directly or directly affect the residents of Spooner row
the proposal to build 10 houses at the Bungalow at on Station road ( application 2018/1528 ) which has already been earmarked as ' likely to approve 'and
the proposed reduction of 13 affordable homes to 5 for the Chapel road /Bunwell road development (2018/1622 )
The meeting is at 1800 in the council offices and open to comment from members of the public next TUESDAY 7th August
If , as many are you are, away or unable to attend, you may comment on these applications via the South Norfolk planning portal BUT do not leave it too long
South Norfolk Council doesn't listen to what Joe public thinks or says as the default is to approve planning applications as the 5-year housing land supply number continues to be an unresolved issue for this council.
We still need to engage with the pointless process of planning applications, otherwise, the council says, no one objected to justify themselves.
Thanks for the reminder, but it is getting tedious and depressing the way this village is constantly being bombarded and bulldozed with one application after another. This is no reflection on you Julian (the messenger), but other small villages many miles from Norwich don't seem to have the same problem.
