A reminder it would be good to see people from Spooner Row at the war memorial to observe the 2 minutes silence at 11am on the 100th Anniversary of the end of the 1914-18 war. Please be at the church at 10.55 in readiness. A short commemoration by the memorial, during which the local names will be read out, is followed by a service of Holy Communion in the church. You are very welcome to stay for this, or leave after the brief ceremony, as you choose.
