Property Damage - Who should I contact?

As Chair of the community council I can advise you that the council has no liability in this area whatsoever.

However I can advise you that the highway or lack of maintenence on the highway, as well the designation as an HGV route is a county council function but I also have to say that that it may prove very difficult to to establish a causal link

I would have thought your first point of call, if you believe there is damage to your property is to talk to your house insurance company. If they believe their is evidence of damage caused by another party, then they would pursue this for you.
