No agenda or minutes! - doesn't the District Council have open and transparent policies to follow?
Thank you for this insight, Julian, it looks like nothing has improved in the Council's preparation of local plans. This is disappointing.
One example on a previous Public Consultation - the Site Specific Allocations & Preferred Options, my Response letter was rewritten by the Council and misrepresented and then published on the SNC website. It gave a false account that I supported aspects such as Spooner Row was suitable for NPA development, which was totally contrary to what I had submitted and other important points that I had made were omitted. When I complained and asked on whose authority were these false statements made in my name, I received an apology and told it was because of the workload and a typo! That took more than one typo to produce that amount of error! The false Representation was subsequently removed from SNC's website. I wonder how many other inaccurate misrepresentations were made as I don't suppose I was the only one this happened to due to the Council's apparent struggling workload.
It seems very convenient how the errors in planning policy are most often in the council's favour. Anyone would think they are trying to create a good image of themselves!
