Every year the 11am silence is observed at the war memorial by Spooner Row church. Last year, many attended to mark the centenary of the Armistice. It would be good to see people at the memorial this year too. The ceremony lasts only a few minutes. If you wish to join the congregation for the service of Holy Communion which follows in the church, you would be most welcome.
