this has been noted and attempts have been made to get it emptied but the telephone numbers on the front of the Bottle Bank do not work and contact with South Norfolk recycling is like herding cats , who simply say ring the number of the front of the Bank , which I explained I had, and then I got well, sowenso is currently working from home at Broadland ...... and they would let them know.
