Good morning Councillors,

I am writing to inform you that works on the above mentioned carriageway resurfacing schemes are due to commence on Thursday 25/03/2021.

Work on Suton Lane is scheduled to take place from Thursday 07:30 25/03/2021 to 19:30 25/03/2021. (Please see attached PMB042-HPD-100-001).

Work on Station Road is scheduled to take place from Friday 07:30 26/03/2021 to 19:30 26/03/2021. (Please see attached PMB037-HPD-100-001).

Both schemes will require full road closures while works are carried out and will make use of similar diversion routes (Please see attached PMB042-HPD-100-002A and PMB037-HPD-100-002).

If works are delayed due to poor weather conditions then an extra contingency date of Saturday 27/03/2021 has been included in the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order.

Residents within the vicinity of the works will soon be receiving letters outlining the scheduled works.
