Then the real rub !! the changeover will ultimately , exact date unknown, mean anyone going south to Attleborough and beyond from Spooner row will have to go back into Wymondham, then use a new crossover to the other carraigeway and then go south.
I spoke to Andy Dyer who quietly admitted that this is less than ideal but said this is the offficial diversion and I then said everyone living in our locale will do that NOT, or be 'forced' to go through Besthorpe and then Attleborough and if going further south onto the A11 through the town.
Okay , before we hear the justifiable complaints from all , this is a matter that national highways have decided and I presume that a new crossover for us is too expensive to provide. This is is not a county council Highways decision as it is an A road
I explained I was less than happy about that, as I am sure you all are. So I urge you all to complain to National Highways , as I will be doing and I will raise the issue with the community council and county highways, but am not hopeful they will agree
To be clear I do not think national highways will agree with any critiscism.

Consultation implies that all is well , and that everyone is happy , when is my experience many are not , but they are keen to tell you they have consulted.
