Due to the long and very detailed content of the public statement by Robert Foster on council business (addressed to councillors), it would be best that this is dealt with directly by the Spooner Row Community Council. Since the Minutes of the meeting held on Thursday has not been published and mo members of the public were present during that part of the meeting. It would appear that you have obtained a leaked document from a Councillor . Who leaked this document to you Webmaster?

As you can see, this statement was posted as Anon. As explained above, due to its content it was suggested to the author to refer it back to the SRCC, and was deleted from this site and certainly not published here (i.e., it was deleted and not published at all in any form on this site). I guess the statement will be published as part of Thursday's minutes of the meeting(February) in due course if the SRCC decides this.

Just spoken to Rob and he said it would be wrong for him to release a copy ahead of the community council doing so within its published minutes. That means it must have come from another member.
