District Councillors - is Spooner Row still included within Wymondham South?

It is slightly complicated BUT for District elections YES 

The complication is that the WARD for Wymondham Town council ( adjacent parish) is ALSO called Wymondham South but does not include spooner row as we have our own council 

No doubt some genius in London thought this up 

I have made this comment as factual and as politically neutral as possible and is my personal comment ( Purdah ) from me as an individaul
