January is a bit of a quiet month so only a few items this time.
NHS have started a twice weekly booking on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is to provide ongoing care and therapy to individual patients .
The new lighting was fitted to the main hall. The new lighting is 5 times more efficient than the original units ( the old units are becoming more difficult to maintain and supply ) and are more Eco friendly and cost effective .
Redecoration of the main hall is planned in to commence at the end of February.
The book exchange is doing very well , because of the amount of usage we will be fitting another shelving unit to cope with demand.
Finally Don’t forget the quiz night on 9th March . Tickets are going fast so you need to get your table booked as soon as possible.
