We often walk round the village and have noticed the amount of dog mess that is alongside our pavements is getting worse. We own ourselves to clean up after them. Unfortunately some people in the village do not. This is not only a horrible site. It’s not nice for our children Either. Everybody in the village is not responsible for. This would really appreciate the people who are responsible for the dog to make sure they clean up after their animals. There are bins. I need to be used has Gotten progressively worse Definitely station Road.
And fair warning to the disgusting owner who walks their dog on Queen Street and leaves their carrot eating dog poop on our front verge on a regular basis .......
It is possible to obtain dog poo signs from the internet - quite a variety and very explicit. Perhaps try one on your verge, I know of one or two people who have tried this? Dog mess has also appeared on a verge in Queen Street recently - it's just not good enough.
If you know who the carrot dog's owner is, you can report the dog fouling to S. Norfolk District Council. Ask them to deal with it.
I wish we did know who owns the dog, or that someone saw it happening and could identify them or, better still, they were caught on CCTV, a video doorbell, dashcam or photographed on a phone.
We have a NO DOG FOULING sign on front of our garden and the last poo was right in front of it ! There are also signs on front of the Village Hall but they are being ignored also.
