Just to say to the anti-social dog owner who had not cleared up their dogs poo which had been left right beside the path that leads to the playgroup gate. I picked it up, there is no excuse as there is a roll of poo bags attached to the fence by the rubbish bin. This has been provided by the school as they are fed up with children going into school with dog poo on their shoes. You give the majority of responsible dog owners a bad name.
Clearly, this is not a responsible dog owner with an inability to clean up and by the school gate as well. It couldn't be much worse. Local Authorities can issue fines for dog fouling. Does anyone know who is causing this problem?
