My children have had an idea to raise money for the village, by creating a ‘dogs of Spooner Row calendar.’ The idea is that people would submit a photo of their dog and a brief bio, name, date of birth, breed, likes and dislikes, a fun fact etc. they would then use an online website to create a calendar which could then be sold around Christmas time, with any profits going to the village. If it’s popular, we can fit more than one dog per page. Would people be up for this? Just a bit of fun if people are open to it, let me know and I’ll find a way to share my contact details.
