It appears that the only function of Spooner Row Community Council is to waste public money on auditing itself.

They have to provide an audit for transparency for the local community. 

I am worried about item 2025/051 on the Agenda, the devolution of councils. Is this going to be a merger for a type of unitary council remote from the community and where we will have very little say and less representation? It has been decided from high up that the Norfolk Council Council elections for this year are not going to be held. Were we asked? We really do need to keep our Spooner Row Community Council for grass-roots engagement and representation.

Agree we do need to keep our community council but not with the personal involved at the moment. (...edited... )
