Many people know who the culprit is. Mostly walking at night . But it’s not just him are a few culprits. There was a dog mess just a few feet from the red dog bin this afternoon by the pub. Some residents are either lazy or just don’t care about where they live.
The council should be contacted if the owner of the dog mess is doing it regularly. The district council has the power to deal with this problem for a cleaner environment.

If this is the case then why don't the "most people" grow a backbone, pick up some of this dog mess in a poo bag and return it to the home/garden of the culprit. For as long as we as a community turn a blind eye to antisocial behaviour like this we are effectively condoning it. Can't have it every which way folks!
