Article in EDP 30th April 2025 - 650 houses proposed to be built across nearly 100 acres of farmland near the A11 and next to the recent development of Williams Park.
London Road Wymondham/ Suton Lane. The previous development was for 630 houses but new plans have been submitted to SNC by Gladman for an environmental impact assessment (EIA) scoping opinion. Williams Park currently has 375 houses. The scheme includes a new school, community centre and care accommodation. Also a local centre and public open space.
This proposed development relates to land South of Norwich Common Wymondham 2025/1298.
It is a request for EIA Scoping Opinion under the Town and Country Planning (Environment Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for proposed residential-led development.
This was put forward in 2019 and withdrawn in 2023.
