Have checked on-line and discovered that Spooner Row is only between 10 and 30 metres above sea level. This could mean that the river culvert under Queen St is only 33 feet above sea level which makes it prone to flooding. Hope this is helpful when it comes to considering new housing on Bunwell Road.
