Massive increase in traffic in Spooner Row

I’ve noticed a severe increase in traffic over the last week or so, in particular coming in from the A11 but generally heading down Guilers Lane. Not just peak times, but up until 2200 / 2300. Other then general over development, anyone any ideas what’s causing it?
