Any one lost a peahen ?

A peahen has spent a few days in our back garden. It was very tame but made a lot of noise on our roof and ate some of our flowers! Thankfully it's now flown over the hedge but still a concern to our neighbours. Does anyone have any ideas where it has come from so that we can get her back home?
